EN 10083‑2 Grade C60E Quenched Steel – High Strength & Durability for Heavy‑Duty Applications
Steel C60E is suitable for larger parts (heavy forged parts) and high loading in vehicle manufacturing, engine and machine engineering, surface hardening possible (e.g. crankshafts, bolts, transmission parts). As a bright steel product it is used in the form of bars, bright, straight, in different conditions (see DIN EN 10277).
