EN 10272 Grade X3CrNiMo13-4 – Quenched & Tempered (QT650) Premium Martensitic Steel

The martensitic steel grade X3CrNiMo13-4 acc. to DIN EN 10272 : 2001-01is used for warm and cold formed rods for pressure vessel. The steel shows favorable ductility properties and sufficient corrosion resistance in the temperature range from -60 to 300 °C. X3CrNiMo13-4 has due to the Ni-content better corrosion properties than the comparable 13 per cent Cr-steels.
