DIN 1725‑1 Grade 3.0525 H28 Aluminum Alloy – High Strength & Corrosion Resistance

The alloy AlMn1Mg0,5 is similarly to AlMn1 in its properties. It reaches strength up to F 25. The alloy belongs to the nature-hard aluminum materials. A strength increase can only occure by cold forming. It is very well hot and cold formable and is suitable to the deep-drawing (no lappet formation). The alloy AlMn1Mg0,5 is very well corrosion resistant and is sea water steady. As semi-finished material it is present in accordance with DIN 1788 and DIN 1745 only as sheet metal or strip. Application: Mainly in the packing for cans (lower parts), for menu bowls, for covers. In the building industry for claddings, roofings, for sun protection facilities (roller schutter, lamella net curtain) and for roll gates as well as for flexible pipes and in the construction of vehicles.

Quantity: One truck load – Specialty products on request.Additional services: Via Cindal (the Aludium R&D department): R&D services, benchmarking, chemical audits, material specification, process optimisation, quality monitoring, sample analysis, prototyping, training
