DIN 1712-3 Grade 3.0285 H18 – Premium Aluminum Alloy for Industrial Use

Pure aluminium This material is well anodically oxidizable, and possesses a good electrical and thermal conductivity. The splinter-giving workability is bad because of danger of smearing. Its mechanical strength is low, the plasticity high. The forming capacity and the chemical as well as the weather proofness are excellent. The material is well suitable for welding and braze welding. Application: Apparatus engineering, roll bond, z-bond, household devices, camp and transportation containers for the chemical, pharmaceutical and food industry, roofing, linings, arts and crafts, packing, flow pressed parts (tubes, tube, doses, bottles).
