GreenWood Inc. Names Chris Hemmings as CFO, Strengthening Financial Leadership

GreenWood Inc., a leader in integrated maintenance, operations and construction solutions, has appointed Chris Hemmings as its new Chief Financial Officer. With more than 25 years of experience spanning auditing, accounting and project finance across the United States and abroad, Hemmings brings a depth of expertise that aligns perfectly with GreenWood’s growth strategy.

In his new role, Hemmings will oversee all corporate financial systems and the administrative accounting team, ensuring accurate, timely reporting and robust financial controls. He will spearhead strategic financial planning, performance evaluation, and analysis, guiding the company’s fiscal direction with data‑driven insights.

Hemmings will also serve as GreenWood’s primary liaison with banking partners, manage long‑term budgetary planning and cost control initiatives, and develop predictive financial models that forecast the company’s future health.

Prior to joining GreenWood, Hemmings held senior finance positions at Fluor, Engelhard, Biltmore Farms and Glade Holdings, where he served as finance manager, controller and CFO.
