Turbine Generator Maintenance Becomes Management-Owned
Independent turbine inspection, maintenance, and repair specialist Turbine Generator Maintenance Inc. (TGM) is now privately owned by its senior management team. CEO David Branton, CFO Robert Davis, and VP Sales Todd Feeley have acquired the company from GFI Energy Ventures LLC.
Branton brings over 37 years of turbine industry experience, a 1973 engineering degree from UT Arlington, and former senior roles at Westinghouse (now Siemens) and Wood Group. His focus on recruiting top talent and building productive teams aligns with the high service expectations of power‑generation customers.
Davis, TGM’s CFO since September 2008, has 24+ years of finance, operations, and strategic planning expertise. A Baylor Accounting graduate and Vanderbilt MBA, he has led treasury, budgeting, and board‑level financial strategy.
Feeley, who joined TGM 17 years ago, drives sales and marketing. He has expanded the company’s Latin American service portfolio, enhancing growth across the power generation and cogeneration sectors.
Under new ownership, TGM remains dedicated to being the premier alternative to OEMs. Branton emphasizes that “the best people, tools, and precise work processes are key to delivering efficient, first‑time‑right service.” The firm continues to invest in skilled teams and advanced resources, focusing on premium outage solutions for cogeneration, independent power, and utility markets.
Since 1986, TGM has serviced steam and gas turbine generators across the United States and Central & South America. Headquartered in Cape Coral, FL, the company maintains technical crews and project teams throughout the U.S. and the Caribbean.
