Enerpac Launches DLS Series Dozer Lift System for Safe, Efficient 250‑Ton Dozer Maintenance

Enerpac recently unveiled the DLS Series Dozer Lift System, a purpose‑built solution for servicing 250,000‑lb dozers in mining and construction. Tailored for CAT D11 and D10 models, the system excels at track and side‑frame maintenance while enabling single‑operator lifting.

The lift incorporates a four‑point custom synchronous system that delivers precise load control. Two independent lifting units can be positioned at either end of the dozer. Each unit houses two hydraulically driven jacks with motorized locking rings for secure operation. The jacks are bolted to a mobile cart equipped with fork pockets and retractable wheels, facilitating accurate placement.

Both front and rear jacks are powered by a hydraulic power unit (HPU) housed in a rolling cabinet, complete with cable reels and hoses. Controls feature a 25‑ft pendant for operator mobility and safety. A programmable logic controller (PLC) and accompanying software monitor up to four lift points simultaneously via a color touchscreen inside the cabinet. A single hydraulic unit can support up to six lifting points.

Operators can pause jack movement at any time; the system automatically locks the load, ensuring safety until lifting or lowering resumes. An integrated alarm stops the synchronous lift if a malfunction occurs. Lifting speed averages 1.8 inches per minute.

The system lifts and lowers the dozer synchronously across all points, regardless of weight distribution. It fits under dozers with 90% track wear, providing ample height clearance for track maintenance.
