Boeing & Microsoft Forge Cloud Partnership to Elevate Commercial Aviation Analytics

Boeing and Microsoft have announced a strategic partnership to develop a cloud‑based platform that will migrate Boeing’s commercial aviation analytics suite to Microsoft Azure.

Through this collaboration, over 300 airlines currently leveraging Boeing’s advanced analytics tools will gain access to real‑time insights that improve operational efficiency, from fleet management to crew scheduling.

“Boeing’s deep aviation expertise and vast data resources, combined with Microsoft’s cutting‑edge cloud technology, will accelerate innovation in predictive maintenance, flight optimization, and more,” said Kevin Crowley, Boeing’s Vice President of Digital Aviation. “Together, two industry‑shaping leaders are propelling aviation’s digital transformation through analytics‑driven applications, cloud services, and large‑scale integration.”

Boeing’s suite offers airlines, leasing firms, and maintenance suppliers tools for aircraft and engine procurement, crew training, route planning, inventory management, and fleet upkeep—all delivered in real time.
