Feature Update: Custom Report Builder Enhancements for CMMS

This week we’re excited to announce powerful enhancements to our Custom Report Builder, expanding the way you can tailor data to your organization’s unique needs.

Back in 2014 we launched a Custom Report Builder that allowed enterprise users with a background in database architecture to create a library of content‑rich reports. While that capability was powerful, it wasn’t designed for everyone.

Now we’ve introduced Customizable Reports—a new, user‑friendly feature that eliminates the need to start from scratch or understand complex database structures. Simply choose one of the 50 pre‑built templates and adjust it to match your exact reporting requirements.

When you find a template that almost fits, you can easily modify its name, description, fields, and filters. You also have full control over grouping and ordering the output, ensuring the report presents data exactly how your organization prefers.
