Epoxy RM511A Rods – High Strength, IEC 61212 Standard, High-Temperature Glass-Fabric Composite
Rolled and Molded Rods made from a glass fabric with a high temperature epoxy resin system. G-11 rods are not recognized by NEMA. However, they are recognized by the IEC Standard 61212: grade EP-GC-41. RM511A has equivalent electrical properties to G-10 rods, but with higher mechanical strength at elevated temperatures. Electrical properties are maintained in high humidity conditions. RM511A is not flame resistant.
