The Materials

Our team built the support structure with vinyl ester beams secured by 316 stainless steel hardware. Rubber casters were affixed with square stabilizing plates and stainless‑steel fasteners. We poured and cut FRP grating to size, bolted it to the top for optimal load distribution, and added a one‑sided railing for safety.

After a rigorous quality inspection, the complete platform was crated and shipped from Lafayette, ready for immediate deployment.
