DIN 17103 WStE 420: High‑Temperature Normalized Steel for Robust Welded Constructions
The fine grained steel WStE 420 (high temperature grade) is used for welded constructions of different kind like pressure vessels, stationary or mobile storage tanks, high pressure lines, bridge and support constructions etc. The application temperature of the high temperature grade amounts to 400 °C.
