DIN 17865 Grade G‑Ti3Pd As‑Cast – Superior Corrosion‑Resistant Castings
Castings made from G-Ti3Pd with the material number 3.7052 are preferably applied in the apparatus construction as well as for application purposes with demands on the corrosion-resistance, e.g. in the chemical industry, paper, cellulose, textile and food industry, in the energy extraction and maritime technology, in the galvanic technology and the surface refinement as well as in the medical technology. As a result of the palladium additive, the material G-Ti3Pd possesses an improved corrosion-resistance in reducing mediums in comparison to e.g. G-Ti3.
