EN 10277-5 Grade C60R – Quenched, Tempered & Cold Drawn Steel for High-Load Applications
Steel C60R is suitable for high loaded parts in vehicle, engine and machine engineering with enhanced workability at constant strength qualities (e.g. gear wheels, pinions, shafts). Lowest application temperature -25°C. As a bright steel product it is used in the form of bars, bright, straight, in various conditions (see DIN EN 10277 : 1999-10).
