SEW 400 Grade X20CrMo13: Quenched & Tempered Steel for High-Temperature Applications
Steel X20CrMo13 shows increased thermal and corrosion resistance. Application in tempered condition at operating temperatures from 450 to 500 °C. for turbine blades, valve cones, valve seats in hot steam valves. The steel is suitable for mirror finishing. X20CrMo13 shows owing to the Mo-content higher thermal and corrosion resistance than the comparable steel 1.4021. No forming is designated.
