Yizumi-HPM Unveils FF‑N, PAC‑K, DP‑N Lines and a Full Range of Cartesian Robots

Yizumi‑HPM, a trusted name in high‑performance injection molding, today announced a quartet of product launches that set new standards for precision, efficiency and automation in the North American market.

FF‑N All‑Electric Presses – The new FF‑N series comes in seven models ranging from 135 to 500 U.S. tons, with shot sizes between 2 and 80 oz. Each unit houses a compact, fully integrated servohydraulic power pack that drives cores, ejectors and carriage movements. Powered by Yizumi‑HPM’s proprietary Servo Direct Control (SDC) technology, the presses deliver rapid closed‑loop speed and pressure control, as well as fully electric closed‑loop injection, plasticating, and clamp‑speed and position accuracy.

PAC‑K Servohydraulic Packaging Machines – The new PAC‑K generation is available in 275, 385 and 500‑ton models, with shot sizes of 7 to 24 oz. Eliminating hydraulic accumulators, these machines boost efficiency while maintaining a high injection seed rate of up to 23 in./sec (585 mm/sec). The clamp unit features a negative‑angle toggle with linear bearing guides, no tie‑bar bushings, and ultra‑rigid platens to minimise deflection.

DP‑N Two‑Platen Line – MultiPro Multi‑Material Models – The expanded DP‑N line now offers MultiPro models that support multiple materials per cycle. A servo‑driven turntable with SDC control ensures fast, smooth motion and position repeatability of ±0.005°.

Full Line of Cartesian Robots and Pickers – Yizumi‑HPM is adding a complete range of high‑speed and dual‑arm Cartesian robots to accompany every press, enabling advanced pick‑and‑place and automation capabilities across its product portfolio.

All new products will be showcased at Yizumi‑HPM’s open house on Oct. 30 at its technical center in Iberia, Ohio.
