SFA Soft Unveils Free Mobile Apps for Precise Electrical and Pump Calculations
SFA Soft, a trusted developer of technical resources since 2004, has introduced two free smartphone apps—Electric Calcs and Pump Calcs—designed to streamline calculations for electrical engineers and pump specialists.
Available on both Apple and Android, the apps offer more than 30 technical calculators. The Electric Calcs app provides tools for voltage‑drop analysis in copper and aluminum circuits, true‑power calculations in three‑phase transformers, and transformer ratio evaluations. Pump Calcs equips users with calculators to estimate brake horsepower for centrifugal pumps, assess motor efficiency, and compute fluid velocity from flow rates.
Both apps’ basic calculators are available at no cost. A one‑time purchase of $0.99 for Electric Calcs or $1.99 for Pump Calcs removes ads and unlocks advanced features, ensuring a distraction‑free experience.
In addition to the mobile apps, SFA Soft plans to launch mobile‑friendly web versions of the electrical and pump calculators by year’s end, further expanding accessibility for field professionals.
