Axiomtek launches the NA861, a rugged 1U rack‑mount network appliance engineered for high‑throughput environments. Powered by the 2nd‑Generation Intel Xeon Scalable processor (Cascade Lake) in an LGA3647 socket and paired with the Intel C621 chipset, the NA861 delivers the computational bandwidth required for next‑generation digital security, surveillance, and virtualized network security workloads.

With six DDR4‑2400 R‑DIMM slots, the platform supports up to 192 GB of memory (both ECC and non‑buffered configurations), ensuring consistent performance under heavy load. Storage flexibility is achieved through two 2.5” SATA drives for bulk data and an mSATA slot for fast event‑log storage.

Connectivity is a core strength: the NA861 ships with two Gigabit Ethernet ports and four modular slots that can be configured for 1 GbE, 10 GbE, fiber, copper, or bypass links, expanding to a maximum of 34 LAN ports. Additional I/O options include an RS‑232 (RJ‑type) port, two USB 2.0 ports, a VGA output, and two Intel® Ethernet Controller i210‑AT GbE ports.

Designed for reliability, the appliance accepts a 400 W redundant power supply and runs a Linux Kernel operating system, providing a stable foundation for mission‑critical applications. Management is simplified with IPMI 2.0 support, while a Trusted Platform Module 1.2 delivers hardware‑level encryption for secure data protection.
