Syslogic specializes in rugged control computers and input panels engineered for construction machinery—including motor graders, wheel and tracked loaders, trucks, bulldozers, horizontal boring machines, and cold milling machines. These devices double as data loggers, IoT gateways, control units, data acquisition systems, and platforms for vehicle‑to‑vehicle or vehicle‑to‑infrastructure communication.

Construction sites subject electronics to extreme vibration, shock, and harsh environments. To meet these demands, Syslogic’s designs are entirely passive—no moving parts, no fans, and ultra‑rugged SSDs replace spinning hard drives. Connections use M12 screw‑on connectors, while galvanic isolation safeguards interfaces against high‑potential differences that can arise over long cables.

Robust construction extends to the enclosure: IP68 certification guarantees protection against dust, water, and chemicals. The systems endure temperatures from –40 °C to +85 °C, with touch panels rated from –30 °C to +70 °C, ensuring reliable operation outdoors year‑round.

Performance is validated by rigorous endurance tests, including vibration testing across 5–2000 Hz (EN 60068‑2‑64) and shock testing (EN 60068‑2‑27). These certifications confirm that Syslogic units remain operational even after prolonged exposure to the toughest conditions.

Each device offers versatile connectivity: CAN, LAN, RS422/485, and RS232 ports. Operating systems come pre‑loaded with SocketCAN, LinCAN, CAN‑J1939, and CANopen drivers, plus passive CAN support for data logging. Integrated 4G (LTE, UMTS, GSM), Wi‑Fi, and Bluetooth enable seamless IIoT integration.

At the heart of these rugged machines are Intel Atom x5/x7‑E39xx processors (Apollo Lake), engineered for 24/7 operation across a wide temperature spectrum, ensuring sustained performance in the most demanding environments.
