EN 10250-4 Grade X20Cr13 Quenched & Tempered Steel – High Strength, Corrosion Resistant
Make X20Cr13 is comparable to X 20 Cr 13 acc. to DIN 17440 : 1985-07. The material is applicated for construction parts of higher strength and higher mechanical load, such as axles, shafts, pump components, piston rods, valve cones, nozzle needles, ship`s propeller, but also beater bars, surgical instruments. Favorable corrosion resistance to water and steam (turbine blades). The steel is usable for mirror finishing.
