EN 10250-4 X30Cr13 Quenched & Tempered Steel – Ideal for Cutting Tools & High‑Wear Parts
Make X30Cr13 is comparable to X 30 Cr 13 acc. to DIN 17440 : 1985-07. The material is applicated for the production of cutting tools (knife blades, scissors, cutting surgical instruments), bearing balls, wear resistant construction parts for control and pump components, springs, piston rods, screws. Application in tempered condition with honed or polished surface, resistant to water and steam. The corrosion resistance is insufficient in annealed or high annealed condition.
