Sensirion introduces the SVM30, a turnkey multi‑gas, humidity and temperature sensor module designed for fast, reliable integration into air‑cleaning and HVAC products.

The SVM30 combines an SGP30 gas sensor with an SHTC1 humidity/temperature sensor into a single, compact package. The SGP30 uses an array of metal‑oxide pixels to deliver both a total VOC reading and a CO₂‑equivalent signal from one chip. It delivers calibrated air‑quality outputs and compensates for humidity cross‑sensitivity, while its robust construction resists siloxane contamination, ensuring long‑term stability and minimal drift.

The integrated SHTC1 covers a full humidity range of 0 % to 100 % RH and a temperature span of –20 °C to 85 °C, with typical accuracies of ±5 % RH and ±1 °C. All sensor elements are fabricated with Sensirion’s proven CMOSens technology, which integrates sensing, analog/digital signal processing, A/D conversion, calibration, data memory and a standard I²C interface into one chip.

Manufactured using a state‑of‑the‑art process, each module undergoes full calibration and testing to guarantee high reproducibility and reliability, making it ideal for small‑ and medium‑sized companies that need a lean development path.
