Since October 2018, Würth Elektronik has added a live chat feature to its website, giving visitors in Australia, Germany, France, India, Austria, Spain, the UK and the USA instant, non‑binding answers to their queries.
During the pilot phase, the chat was embraced by users, prompting plans to roll it out to additional markets, including Italy. Field Application Engineers and Product Management specialists will support the chat team, ensuring that even complex questions receive expert guidance.
First‑time visitors can benefit from personalized assistance, including complimentary samples and a small‑quantity service for prototypes and pre‑series runs.
