Bulgin has introduced the 4000 Series C‑Type USB 3.0 connector, delivering up to 10 Gb/s data transfer speeds while maintaining the durability the company is known for.
The new connector supports USB 3.1 Gen 2 and remains fully compatible with USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 devices, ensuring a seamless transition for existing infrastructure.
USB Type‑C’s reversible design and compact size – roughly the same dimensions as a micro‑USB – make it a practical choice for space‑constrained applications. In addition, the connector can supply up to 100 W of power, enabling faster charging and broader device support.
Engineered to meet IP69K and IP68 ratings, the 4000 Series can withstand full submersion for two weeks at 10 m, high‑pressure water jets, and extreme temperatures from –40 °C to +80 °C. These features make it ideal for outdoor, underground, and other demanding environments.
