EN 10269 X3CrNiCu18-9-4 Strain-Hardened Stainless Steel (+C700) – Superior Corrosion Resistance & High Temperature Performance

Trademark X3CrNiCu18-9-4 is comparable to X 3 CrNiCu 18 9 acc. to DIN 1654-5 : 1989-10. The austenitic stainless steel with a low C-content is used for special applications, such as wire for cold heading also at low temperatures. The steel is resistant to intercrystalline corrosion also in sensitized condition. Application for mounting elements at increased temperatures.
