Axiomtek introduces the tBOX400‑510‑FL, a dual‑processor transport‑certified PC that integrates a 10‑port managed PoE switch, ideal for IP surveillance. The system is CE (Class A) and FCC‑certified, and meets E‑Mark, ISO 7637‑2, EN 50155, EN 50121‑3‑2, EN 45545‑2, IEC 60945 and DNV 2.4 standards.

Powered by Intel’s 7th‑generation Core (Kaby Lake) or Celeron 3965U CPUs and featuring dual DDR4 SO‑DIMM slots for up to 32 GB, the tBOX400‑510‑FL delivers robust performance in demanding environments. The built‑in Qualcomm‑powered 10‑port managed switch offers 8 × 10/100 Mbps PoE ports, 2 × Gigabit LANs, VLAN, QoS and PoE scheduling for secure, smooth networking.

Designed for harsh conditions, the fanless chassis tolerates temperatures from –40 °C to +60 °C and vibrations up to 3 g RMS. It supports a wide voltage input range: 9–36 V DC for vehicles, 14–32 V DC for marine, and 24–110 V DC for railways.

Front‑panel connectivity includes four USB 3.0 ports, two audio jacks, an Intel i210‑IT Gigabit LAN, a DVI‑I, and an RS‑232/422/485 interface. Rear‑panel options feature two M12 A‑coded Gigabit LANs, eight M12‑type D‑coded PoE ports (120 W total), two 2.5‑inch SATA HDD bays with Intel RAID 0/1, three full‑size PCIe Mini‑Card slots, and two SIM slots for 3G/4G, GPS, Wi‑Fi and Bluetooth.

Power input is available via an M12 connector for rail use, a terminal block for marine/vehicle use, or a PoE input for external power supplies.
